Food and beverage service is available - by prior arrangement - as part of our guided tour programs, both above and below ground.

In addition to our standard menu items (e.g., bread with bacon fat, lentil stew, cauldron goulash), you are welcome to request specific dishes or beverages. Please discuss the details with us in advance.

Hot and cold drinks can be purchased at the museum shop.

The "Sauberg Klause" is located right next to the museum. Please check the restaurant's website for current offers and opening hours. We recommend making a reservation in advance.
